Elect Our New President for Fil-Am Org of NWA

The President is considered the chief officer and chair of the board – leading the board of Directors and officers in performing its duties and responsibilities of the Filipino American Organization of NWA. This is a two (2) year voluntary position.

Key Responsibilities include:

• appoint additional Officer positions of Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer;

• be an authorized signatory for corporate accounts;

• ensure that all required federal and state filings are submitted on a timely basis;

• serve as the goodwill ambassador for the organization, overseeing the general interest and welfare of the organization.
